SV	Maar de man Gods zeide tot den koning: Al gaaft gij mij de helft van uw huis, zo zou ik niet met u gaan, en ik zou in deze plaats geen brood eten, noch water drinken.
WLC	וַיֹּ֤אמֶר אִישׁ־הָֽאֱלֹהִים֙ אֶל־הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ אִם־תִּתֶּן־לִי֙ אֶת־חֲצִ֣י בֵיתֶ֔ךָ לֹ֥א אָבֹ֖א עִמָּ֑ךְ וְלֹֽא־אֹ֤כַל לֶ֙חֶם֙ וְלֹ֣א אֶשְׁתֶּה־מַּ֔יִם בַּמָּקֹ֖ום הַזֶּֽה׃
Trans.	wayyō’mer ’îš-hā’ĕlōhîm ’el-hammeleḵə ’im-titen-lî ’eṯ-ḥăṣî ḇêṯeḵā lō’ ’āḇō’ ‘immāḵə wəlō’-’ōḵal leḥem wəlō’ ’ešəteh-mmayim bammāqwōm hazzeh:

AC	ח ויאמר איש האלהים אל המלך אם תתן לי את חצי ביתך לא אבא עמך ולא אכל לחם ולא אשתה מים במקום הזה
ASV	And the man of God said unto the king, If thou wilt give me half thy house, I will not go in with thee, neither will I eat bread nor drink water in this place;
BE	But the man of God said to the king, Even if you gave me half of all you have, I would not go in with you, and I would not take food or a drink of water in this place;

ELB05	Aber der Mann Gottes sprach zu dem König: Wenn du mir die Hälfte deines Hauses gäbest, so würde ich nicht mit dir hingehen; und ich werde kein Brot essen und kein Wasser trinken an diesem Orte.
LSG	L'homme de Dieu dit au roi: Quand tu me donnerais la moitié de ta maison, je n'entrerais pas avec toi. Je ne mangerai point de pain, et je ne boirai point d'eau dans ce lieu-ci;
Sch	Aber der Mann Gottes sprach zum König: Wenn du mir auch dein halbes Haus gäbest, so käme ich nicht mit dir; denn ich würde an diesem Ort kein Brot essen und kein Wasser trinken.
